Privacy
No accounts. Bills are deleted after 60 days. Receipt photos are never stored.
What we collect
The names you type in. They are not checked and do not need to be real.
Bill details: items, prices, how the bill is split, which payments are marked and the faces you pick.
Comments, with the name the writer typed.
Your IP address, kept in server logs for up to 14 days to stop abuse.
Receipt photos
When you scan a receipt, the photo is sent to OpenAI to read the items and prices. We keep the items it sends back and discard the photo. OpenAI handles the photo under its API terms.
Who can see a bill
Anyone with the bill link. Treat a bill like a shared note, and keep private details out of names and comments.
The edit link lets someone edit the bill, so keep it to yourself.
How long we keep it
Every bill is deleted 60 days after it is made, with its items, payments and comments. Links to deleted bills are never reused.
On your phone
Your browser keeps the bills you opened, and for bills you made, the key that lets you edit them. That is how you come back to them. No ads, no tracking cookies, no analytics.
Your choices
Want a bill deleted sooner, or have a question? Email admin@tanisaac.com with the bill link. We delete it within 7 days.
Messages to Isaac
Messages sent from the Support page go straight to Isaac's email. We keep them only in that inbox, and your email address is used only to reply to you.

Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
